⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited the Home Komforts store at ECR Panayur last weekend to pick up a mattress and a few home furnishing pieces, and it turned out to be one of the smoothest shopping experiences I've had in a while. The store layout was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate — everything from bedding to furniture was neatly displayed with clear pricing and good color coordination on the shelves. What really made the visit memorable, though, was the store manager, Mr. Hari. He greeted us warmly the moment we walked in and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for instead of just pushing the most expensive options. His product knowledge was impressive — he explained the difference between mattress firmness levels, fabric types, and even gave practical tips on maintenance that we hadn't thought to ask about. He was patient through all our questions, never once seemed rushed, and made sure we were fully satisfied with our choices before checkout. The whole team seemed to take cues from his calm, customer-first approach. It's rare to find this level of genuine care and professionalism in retail these days.
