We had purchased a premium king size mattress from this store but got wrong mattress delivered. The store person Murugan helped us with replacement of mattress and promised to give pillows in the balancing amount instead of refund. We really had to deal with lot of chaos waiting for the response from online support kurlon team where we made complaint . But Murugan is a trustworthy person and managed to resolve our issue.

Before purchasing you can visit couple of stores and reassure the options that suits your requirement. But the price and service is reasonably better here.
